Indogulf Cropsciences IPO listing was below Street estimates, as analysts and grey market premium (GMP) indicated listing with modest premium. Analysts expected listing gains of around 8-10%, Indogulf Cropsciences IPO GMP today ahead of listing also signalled a premium of 16%.

Cedaar Textile's IPO allotment status has been finalized, with shares credited to successful applicants' demat accounts on July 4. The IPO raised ₹60.90 crore and was oversubscribed 12.26 times. The company focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and sustainability through the proceeds.

The allotment for the Marc Loire IPO will be finalized today, July 03, after a muted subscription period. Investors can check their status through Maashitla Securities or the BSE website. The IPO was oversubscribed 2.61 times, with shares credited to demat accounts on the same day as refunds.

Sambhv Steel Tubes shares rose over 6% after a strong debut, closing at ₹97.58 with a 19% gain. The IPO, oversubscribed 28.46 times, was priced between ₹77 and ₹82. The market capitalization reached ₹2,875.40 crore.

MRF Limited announced a record date of July 18 for its final dividend of ₹229 per share for FY25. The payment will occur after August 18, 2025. MRF shares rose 1.9% following the announcement, reflecting a 13% gain over the past year.

IFL Enterprises' shares rose nearly 3% following news of a strategic board meeting on July 17, 2025, to discuss expansion into Organic Waste Management & Recycling and Green Energy Powerplant Contracting, aiming to align with sustainability trends and diversify revenue streams.

US Dollar Index has declined 10% YTD and currently stands around 96.70 — its lowest in over three years. Elara Capital expects the DXY to remain in the 95–99 range over the next two quarters, with an average of 100 for CY25, sharply lower than the 105 projected earlier this year.

Tata Power shares dropped over 2% after a tribunal ordered it to pay $490.32 million in damages to Kleros Capital Partners, with additional legal costs. Despite this, Tata Power reported a nearly 25% profit increase for FY25, with total income rising to ₹17,446.95 crore.

Nifty 50 rejig: Interglobe Aviation and Max Healthcare are projected to replace Hero MotorCorp and IndusInd Bank. IndiGo may attract $515 million in passive inflows, while Max Healthcare could see $147 million. The official announcement is expected in August.

Moving Media Entertainment share price listed at ₹71 apiece on NSE. The stock rose over 5 per cent during the intraday level, climbing to ₹74.55.
